Ezra Miller arrested for the SECOND time in Hawaii

The "Fantastic Beasts" actor was arrested for second-degree assault less than a month before he was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment.

According to the Hawaii Police Department, Miller was arrested at around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday following an incident at a private residence town of Pāhoa. Miller was allegedly furious after being asked to leave and threw a chair, knocking a 26-year-old woman on the forehead and resulting in an approximate half-inch cut.

The woman injured refused treatment, according to police.

This comes only weeks after his first arrest on the island of Hawaii.

In March, Miller was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at a Big Island karaoke bar. Miller reportedly grabbed the microphone from a woman singing and jumped at a man playing darts. After being arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, Miller paid the $500 bail and was released from custody.

Despite this, Miller was seen socializing and attending parties the next day.
