Beyoncé announces new album “RENAISSANCE”

Beyoncé is coming!

The iconic superstar has announced Act one of her new album, Renaissance, will be released on July 29.

The music streaming service Tidal broke the news via Twitter sending fans into a frenzy.

Fans already had a feeling something was coming earlier in the week, when Beyoncé removed all her photos from her social media and when the BeyGOOD Foundation posted a Tweet “Celebrating the brilliance and creativity of Black Musicians who have influenced the world through their art,” which contained one album cover that was unknown.

Beyoncé seems to have previously teased the new album in her cover story for Harper’s Bazaar, which was released in August 2021. She said, “With all the isolation and injustice over the past year, I think we are all ready to escape, travel, love, and laugh again. I feel a renaissance emerging, and I want to be part of nurturing that escape in any way possible.”

The album will reportedly have 16 tracks, 8 of which are rumored to be features, with one being her daughter Blue Ivy.

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that the star has been setting dates for a set of “intimate shows and pop-up performances” later this year.

Beyoncé has also been reserving multiple arenas and stadiums for an upcoming tour that is rumored to begin in the spring of 2023.

No other news about the album is out yet, but I am sure we’ll be getting more as we get closer to July 29.
