It’s back, back, back again!

VH1 announced that the second season of RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race will premiere August 12th.

The new season will find nine celebrities from different industries getting dragged up in a format similar to The Masked Singer. The celebrities will compete anonymously in front of a live studio audience until they are asked to sashay away.

Every week the celebrities will compete in a series of lip syncs based on different categories provided each week by the judges. In the end, one celebrity queen will be crowned “America’s Next Celeb Drag Superstar,” and be given $100,000 for their chosen charity. Helping the celebrities get in their drag will be “Queen Supreme” mentors Brooke Lynn Hytes, Jujubee and Monét X Change – with special guests Eureka, Gottmik, Katya, Morgan McMichaels, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, and Violet Chachki.

We will definitely be seeing familiar faces on the judge’s panel with Mama Ru as she is joined by Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, and Ross Mathews.

Season 1 of Secret Celebrity Drag Race saw stars such as Vanessa Williams, Dustin Milligan, Loni Love, Hayley Kiyoko, and Madison Beer. So we are expecting a bigger and more shiny list this year.

RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race season 2 premieres Friday, August 12 at 8 p.m. ET on VH1.
